Shipping

☞ Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after purchase. 

☞ U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

☞ International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times typically range from 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

☞ Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.

☞ We kindly ask that you wait at least 4 weeks after shipment before reaching out about international orders.

☞ Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other external factors.

☞ If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t worry — this can happen and is usually just a delay within USPS!

☞ First, we recommend signing up for email or text updates directly through your tracking link. This will notify you of any movement on your package.

☞ After that, give it a couple of days. If there’s still no update, you can:

  • contact your local post office with your tracking number, or
  • submit a request through the USPS “Missing Mail” search

☞ While delays are common, it’s very rare for packages to be permanently lost.

Canada

☞ Shipping to Canada may experience delays due to postal service disruptions. For updates, please visit:

Returns & Exchanges

☞ Due to the limited nature of our products and as a small business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

☞ For apparel, please carefully review the size chart before purchasing. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues.


Damaged Items

☞ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

☞ A product is considered damaged if it arrives:

  • ripped or torn
  • significantly bent or crushed
  • water damaged
  • or otherwise visibly compromised

☞ Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Returns (if approved)

☞ If a return is approved, the item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging.

☞ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

☞ Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

☞ Approved refunds will be issued in full.
