Due to huge delays with USPS , we cannot guarantee your order will make it on time on time for Christmas if you have ordered past 12.10
USPS is really backed up, understaffed and a mess right now and is experiencing insane delays. Some USPS Priority (USA to USA) has extended delivery to at minimum 5-7DAYS! Please be kind and patient, I am doing my best to ship orders within 2 days. If your order still says "confirmed" and “that the label was created “ after 5 days, please make sure to turn your tracking informations text update ON, it will help move the tracking. USPS is taking up to 7-10 days right now to even scan some orders. It is frustrating and stressful for all of us small business owners because we are trying our best to get your orders on time for christmas. Be kind <3
☞ Most orders will be send within 1-7 business days after your purchase. If this cannot be met, we will contact you by email.
☞US orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL. Once your order fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way. A tracking number will be emailed to you as well.
☞ International orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL.We are not responsible for any international customs taxes and duties fees that may be charge by your country’s customs. Most of the time International orders can take from 2-4 weeks to arrived depending on where you are located in the world! Please do not contact us with concerns about your order until 4 weeks since your item has been shipped has passed.

☞We cannot be held responsible for lost packages from the post office. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, they are an ESTIMATE based on the USPS. Holidays, weather and other factors outside of our control can delay delivery.
Returns&Damages
☞T-shirts: Please, make sure to check out our size chart for measurements before placing your order. We will not refund or replace shirts due to sizing error.
☞Due to our limited stock and size of our small business, all sales are finale, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
☞ If a product arrives damaged, we will need to see documentation - pictures -before refunding or resending. PLEASE contact us WHITIN 7 DAYS after receiving your package and we will send you a replacement immediately.
☞ For a product to be consider « damaged » , it would be under one of these conditions:
Ripped, torn in multiple pieces, water damaged, bent, crumbled to the point of a lot of physical damage.
☞The buyer will receive a refund as soon as the item is received by Made Au Gold. The buyer is responsible for return shipping back to us. All returns must arrive to us unused, in the same condition that it was send to you and its original packaging.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you will be given a full refund.
