Refund policy

We love seeing our customers satisfied and happy with their purchase, if there a problem with any of our products , or that you are not satisfied with your item, we will make sure to listen to you and find a way to work through it.

☞ If a product arrives damaged, we will need to see documentation - pictures -before refunding or resending

☞ For a product to be consider « damaged » , it would be under one of these conditions :
Ripped, torn in multiple pieces, water damaged, bent, crumbled to the point of a lot of physical damage.

☞ If your item gets damaged in the mail PLEASE contact us WHITIN 7 DAYS after receiving your package and we will send you a replacement immediately.

☞ In the rare event of a return item, please notify us within 1 week.
The buyer will receive a refund as soon as the item is received by Made Au Gold. The buyer is responsible for return shipping back to us. All returns must arrive to us unused, in the same condition that it was send to you and its original packaging.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you will be given a full refund.
